Our event serves as an opportunity for practitioners, aid organisations, government representatives, innovators, academics, and others to learn and engage on challenges and opportunities relevant to today’s health and humanitarian supply chains. It is an ideal platform for sponsors and innovators to show-case their brand to a wide audience and link to a valuable annual cycle of follow-on activities. The event will be driven by case studies and discussions with a mix of high level and practical engagement.
The HHL will address key points raised last year such as the need for stronger collaboration and national-level partnerships, increased local knowledge sharing, greater local market visibility to improve aid supply chain management and better donor coordination.
Emerging technology and sustainability will be a key focus and well as a special focus on human resource and technological capacity required to support the roll out of the latest malaria vaccine.
In addition to the main talks on, we will be hosting an Innovation Hub to showcase, for example, use of the latest pathogen detection methods based on electrochemical biosensor technologies, cold-chain / temperature controlled storage solutions, and emergency response capabilities.
The Health and Humanitarian Conference series is co-organized by the Humanitarian Logistics Association and Center for Health and Humanitarian Systems (CHHS) at Georgia Tech and event partners. The conference would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors.
